If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you type in (such as your name, email address, phone number and message). We use them only to reply to you and to provide what you asked for.

If you book an appointment or reserve a table, we keep the details you give us (your name, contact details, the service or table you asked for and the time) so we can confirm and manage your booking.

Card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us or on this website. We keep a record of what you paid for, how much and when, so we can issue receipts and keep our accounts.

When you place an order we keep your name, delivery or collection details, contact details and the items you bought, so we can fulfil the order and deal with any problems.

If you sign in to your account, we use your email address to send you a one-time sign-in code. We keep the details in your profile so you can see and update them.

The details you send us through the contact form may also be saved in our customer contact list (for example a contact manager or spreadsheet) so we can follow up with you.

Customer reviews shown on this website come from our Google Business Profile. They are published by Google and the reviewers, not collected by this website.

The map on this website stays closed until you choose to open it. Opening it loads content from Google, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run this website and our business (for example our website hosting and email providers), and only as far as they need it to do that. We keep information for as long as we need it for the reason it was collected, or as the law requires.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
